RONIN is a traditional karate and fitness club that offers karate classes for all ages and abilities. They provide a wide range of benefits and enjoyment to those who participate, including self-confidence, balance, fitness, coordination, and discipline. The club was launched in 2014 by four professional instructors who are passionate about creating a high-quality shotokan karate club. RONIN Karate is affiliated with the English Karate Federation (EKF), which is recognized by the World Karate Federation (WKF) and the International Olympic Committee. They offer classes at various locations in Norfolk and north Suffolk, including Little Ninjas for children aged 4-6, junior karate for 6-14 year olds, and senior karate for adults. The club also offers elite and squad training for those looking to compete at the highest national and international competitions, as well as bespoke self-defence classes. The club teaches the art of karate with no age limit.
