About Us
Eastern Shotokan Karate Association, a professional karate club based in East Anglia, teaches traditional Shotokan Karate to the very highest standard. Founded in 1995, ESKA has had over 15,000 members start Karate with them. The club is headed by Chief Instructor Jason Hitchings, 6th Dan, and is dedicated to providing a safe environment for students to grow and achieve their full potential in Karate-do. ESKA teaches various skills such as balance, focus, health, memory, perseverance, self-discipline, build stamina, coordination, and self-confidence.
