Norwich Choi Kwang Do is a non-profit martial arts club established in 1996, dedicated to serving the community with affordable tuition for all ages and abilities. The club emphasizes personal growth and self-improvement through its scientific approach to martial arts, which incorporates biomechanics and physiology. Choi Kwang Do is often described as 'Training for Life' as it provides not only martial arts skills but also valuable life skills and principles that benefit individuals in various aspects of their lives.
