Traditional Karate and Fitness, Cringleford

RONIN Karate and Fitness is a traditional karate club that offers classes for all ages and abilities. They provide a range of benefits and enjoyment to those who participate, including self-confidence, balance, fitness, coordination, and discipline. The club was launched in 2014 by four professional instructors who are passionate about creating a club that produces high-quality Shotokan Karate. RONIN Karate is affiliated with the English Karate Federation, which is recognized by the World Karate Federation and the International Olympic Committee. They offer classes at various locations throughout Norfolk and north Suffolk, including Little Ninjas for children aged 4-6, junior karate for children aged 6-14, and senior Karate. The club also offers elite and squad training for those looking to compete at the highest National and International competitions, and bespoke self-defence classes.
