A1 Gym

A1 Gym is a Coatbridge-based facility dedicated to the art of Muay Thai, known as the 'Art of 8 Limbs.' The gym fosters a positive and inclusive environment for everyone, from beginners to seasoned fighters. They offer classes for kids, ladies-only sessions, and adults, focusing on fitness, self-defense, and competition training.
