About Us

Plan C Training offers adaptive freestyle martial arts and self-defense programs designed to be inclusive for all ages and abilities. Classes range from Yoji (ages 4–9) and Kohai (family training for ages 10–100) to Senpai (advanced students) and Ladies Only Self Defence (ages 11+). Beyond martial arts, the academy provides fitness sessions, workplace and corporate self-defense workshops, and talks on the role of martial arts in modern life. Training emphasizes confidence, resilience, and practical skills, helping students strengthen body, mind, and spirit in a welcoming environment led by Chief Instructor Phil Churchill.
