KickFit Martial Arts Nottingham

KickFit Martial Arts Academy Nottingham was established in 1995. It has recently moved from its home in Carrington Street for nineteen years to a new premises in Lowdham Street. We teach a mixture of martial arts styles ranging from Kickboxing to Jeet Kune Do to Silat, incorporating various disciplines to produce effective fighting techniques for self-defense. Classes are informally taught, allowing new students to mix with long-time students, improving everyone's techniques and ability. Newcomers can feel capable of defending themselves in situations that might arise today or tomorrow, not five years down the line.
