For adults, the centre provides kickboxing sessions that combine full-body fitness with stress relief and practical self-defence skills. They also have an on-site store stocked with high-quality martial arts uniforms, gloves, pads, and apparel. Their classes are designed to help build confidence and find a community where you feel safe. The centre has been operating for over 9 years, serving the local community and beyond, and has been recognised for its hard work and dedication to its students' experience, winning an Industry Award in 2022 and being shortlisted for a National Small Business Award in 2025.
