Mayhem Kickboxing is a renowned martial arts academy with a rich history, founded by Senior Coach Michaela, who has been a dedicated Personal Trainer since 1991 and a certified Sports Therapist since 2014. Established in 2005, this innovative school merges personal training, kickboxing, sports therapy methods, and sports massage into a distinctive training experience that promotes both fitness and wellness. Mayhem Kickboxing adheres to a carefully structured curriculum and proudly maintains its affiliation with the World United Martial Arts Federation.
