Welsh Kickboxing Organisation

The Welsh Kickboxing Organisation (WKO) was established in 1996 and has a rich history in the Welsh fight scene. Originally known as the Afan Lido Kickboxing & Karate Club, it was renamed in 2017. The club has produced numerous champions at various levels, including Welsh, British, European, and World titles. WKO is dedicated to providing kickboxing training for everyone, from children aged 4 to adults, promoting fitness, flexibility, and self-defense skills. The organization is inclusive and welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, ensuring that everyone can benefit from their training programs.
