Windsor Karate Club

Thames Valley Shotokan Karate is a martial arts school that teaches the traditional Japanese art of Shotokan Karate. The school welcomes men, women, and children over 8 years old and offers classes to improve fitness, flexibility, self-confidence, self-discipline, and reduce stress. The classes are run by experienced instructors Richard Hughes and Richard Wilson, who are DBS checked and trained in first aid. The school has several clubs located in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, including Ashford, Burnham, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Windsor, and Woodley. They teach the styles of Shotokan Karate and offer grading tests for students to progress in their skills.
