About Us
A local, friendly gym where you are more than just a number! With over 30 years in the City we take care of our Members. We are not just a gym, not just a swimming pool, not just a class, we are a family, a support network and a friend!
Our Club is on 3 floors and has cardiovascular and fixed weight machines and houses one of Aberdeen’s biggest free weights areas. We also have a 17 metre heated swimming pool together with two fitness studio’s offering a wide range of fitness classes for all ages and abilities.
