Personal Trainer in Aberdeen with thousands of hours practical hands on experience as well as Sports Science degree (hons) and other fitness & nutrition qualifications.

This has given me the experience & knowledge which can help you achieve your goals whether it is weight loss/body composition, build more muscle, strength & conditioning, improve sporting performance, boxing training, better endurance, improving movements patterns, better endurance, general fitness, improving nutrition or help in making positive lifestyle changes.

I have worked with clients from all levels and backgrounds, from professional athletes to complete beginners, from kids to pensioners.
