I help 40+ get fit and strong. Say goodbye to limitations and hello to a healthier, more energetic you. My holistic personal training approach covers everything: your body, mind and soul. I will teach you the best and fastest ways to become strong, guide you in losing unwanted fat, and help you choose the right goals. We will also work on your mindset, diet and the best ways to relax and unwind. I am an owner and personal trainer at Fitness Soul Studio, probably the friendliest gym in Edinburgh.
