Shrewsbury's established Karate Club – The Shrewsbury Katsu Karate-Do Club has been in Castlefields for over 25 years providing a friendly environment for the young and more mature of all levels of fitness and ability to learn and practice Wado-Ryu Karate. This traditional Karate style from Japan promotes physical and mental fitness through a semi-contact martial art. Train with the Shrewsbury Katsu Karate-Do Club and learn new disciplines in a friendly and fun environment – our students develop their confidence, improve coordination and take themselves to a greater level of personal fitness – whilst making new friends.
