- **Tuesdays:** 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- **Wednesdays:** 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM & 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Our engaging lessons encompass a variety of activities, including:
- Dynamic warm-ups and stretches
- Kihon (essential techniques for belt progressions)
- Focus pad drills for punching and kicking
- Mastering your fighting stance
- Learning to execute basic fighting combinations

Above all, we guarantee a fun-filled experience! Our interactive games not only enhance the enjoyment but also contribute to skill development in karate, teaching valuable lessons about competition and sportsmanship.

**Age Group:** 6 years and up

We are fully insured, DBS checked, first aid trained, and certified in safeguarding.
