Established Karate Club in 2020 located in Rotherham town centre and using the facilities of STAC CrossFit. Our aim is to support you through your Karate journey to black belt and beyond.

Everyone has their own reason for starting up martial arts. Some common reasons are building confidence, getting fit, learning self-defence or a new skill. But Karate is also great for meeting and making new friends and getting families to spend time learning real life skills together. There is no right or wrong reason for starting this journey, but commitment and determination is key to earning your black.
