About Us
We are a Brazilian jiujitsu and NoGi Grappling Club in Stocksbridge.
Our classes are suitable for all experience levels, beginners included.
Jack Hampshaw and Paula McHale coach the sessions using a constraints led approach to keep training effective and engaging.
We offer a free trial class for anyone looking to try out jiujitsu at Counter Grappling. Drop us a message to book in.
