About Us
Karate Sheffield is a karate club that teaches Shukokai Karate, a martial art with over 55 years of experience. They are the longest established karate club in Sheffield, with the highest graded Chief Instructor Sensei Stan Knighton, a 10th Dan black belt. Their classes cater to adults and children from 10 years old, and they offer new complete beginner courses starting in November. They also provide free online beginner lessons. Karate Sheffield aims to improve self-discipline, fitness, and self-confidence, as well as teach self-defence skills and promote friendship.
