About Us
Mindful Tai Chi aims to make Tai Chi accessible to a wide range of people, offering classes for the general public and specific sessions for those with health-related issues. The practice is beneficial for chronic health problems, including balance and mobility difficulties, stress, anxiety, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and arthritis. Workshops are available for corporate and educational fields, and students can learn various styles such as Long Form, Broadsword, Spear, Push Hands, and the original Fast Form. The teaching approach emphasizes conscious awareness of movement, promoting functional movement in a relaxed state.
