About Us
Family friendly martial arts business, head coach 14 times world champion Megan Abel. We offer classes from 2 years of age. Classes are based on sports karate syllabus plus specialist classes covering semi-contact kickboxing, musical and extreme forms, boxercise, & ladies only kickboxing. Our qualified personal trainers also offer fitness classes.We also work with schools, senior citizens groups and offer birthday parties and school holiday clubs.
