About Us
Authentic Tai chi for health and inner peace, my classes are both relaxing, balanced and help tone the mind and body, each class is unique. My focus is teaching and exercise that work to help the body retain or regain natural flow and balance. Building on my 24 years experience in training and learning. I will introduce you to the basic elements to build a strong foundation and structure in Tai chi and qi gong. As a lineage holder for Chen and Hun yuan taiji it is my duty to transmit Taiji in its purest form. Our classes are friendly and varied I teach Chen, Hun yuan and Yang style Tai Chi plus many different joint loosening and developing softness and flexibility exercises including qigong.
