About Us
Body & Brain is a holistic healing and body-mind practice that offers a blend of stretching, QiGong, breathwork, and meditation in its in-studio and online classes. The practice helps increase physical strength, flexibility, and centeredness by connecting the mind and body. It also improves body alignment, balance, energy circulation, and physical stamina through systematic forms of meditative movement. Additionally, the practice helps recharge vitality, promote peace of mind, and restore inner balance and peace through guided breathing and meditations. Private sessions and customized care are also available to learn and heal physical and emotional pain.
