Heiwa is a Shotokan Karate club based in Milford, Surrey. We practice traditional karate as part of the Shotokan Karate International Federation (SKIF), headquartered in Japan.

We believe Karate is for everyone, and welcome children from age 5-6 (Year 1+) and adults of all abilities, whether just starting out or returning after a long gap.

We offer:
● traditional Shotokan karate training in a friendly environment
● the chance to take part in tournaments and courses
● membership of one of the biggest international Shotokan associations and the chance to train with top Japanese instructors twice a year
