Premier Kickboxing - South Ruislip

Premier Kickboxing is a martial arts academy that offers diverse fitness and martial arts options. They have five full-time academies teaching over 2,500 students in Ruislip Manor, South Ruislip, South Harrow, Central Harrow, and Newton Abbot. Their qualified instructors are UK Black Belt Schools nationally certified and continue to train under Master Chris Foran, who has 44 years of experience in martial arts and is an 8th Degree Black Belt. The academy offers programs for children and adults, including Little Dragons, Junior classes, Teen classes, and Adult classes, which focus on self-discipline, confidence, and a spirit of constant improvement. They also offer a social atmosphere for teens and adults, and a self-defense program for adults of all ages and fitness levels.
