About Us
Surrey and Hants Tai Chi & Qigong is a place where you can learn traditional Tai Chi and authentic Chinese Qigong Exercise. They offer beginner classes for those interested in starting their Tai Chi & Qigong journey, with dedicated classes starting in September. They also have classes for experienced learners who are looking for a class following a break or after a move into the area. The classes teach a range of techniques including Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation, Breathwork, and Mindfulness as a therapy for body, mind, and spirit. The classes are one hour long and require pre-booking.
