Learn to Protect Yourself with Self-Defence Classes in Newcastle
Feeling empowered starts with knowing how to defend yourself. My weekly self-defence classes aim to provide men and women in the Newcastle community with the skills and confidence they need to stay safe.
Classes take place every Thursday evening from 7-9pm. Each 2-hour session covers a different set of techniques, from basic blocks and strikes to more advanced escapes and takedowns. No prior martial arts experience is required - all fitness levels are welcome.
In addition to the physical techniques, my classes also focus on situational awareness, de-escalation tactics, and mental preparedness. Safety is the number one priority during all classes.
