Deniz Paradot offers Qigong classes and mindfulness coaching in Norwich, providing a safe and inclusive space for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong promotes emotional balance, physical vitality, and a strong mind-body connection through breath-led movements. The classes are designed to be accessible and supportive, helping participants to de-stress, improve their health, and reconnect with themselves. With over 10,000 hours of teaching experience, Deniz blends Qigong with mindfulness practices to empower individuals in their journey of self-discovery and well-being.
