About Us
The Martial Arts and Fitness Centre (M.A.F.C.) offers a variety of martial arts classes including ITF Taekwondo and kickboxing. Catering to individuals from the age of 4 and above, the centre promotes fitness and sparring in a supportive environment. With clubs located in Newport, Caldicot, Llanfoist, Newbridge, Risca, Rogerstone, and Undy, M.A.F.C. is affiliated with several prestigious martial arts organizations, ensuring high-quality instruction and training for all members.
