Kyokushin karate Lowton

Lowton Karate Kyokushinkai is a group that teaches Kyokushin Karate in the North West of England. This style of karate focuses on self-improvement, discipline, and hard training. With Sensei Mike Tanaka, a 4th Dan and experienced instructor, members can achieve their personal goals, attend gradings and competitions, and improve their physical development and mental health. They train on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings, and the group is open to new members who can come along for a free trial session.
