Our experienced personal trainers are always on hand to help you reach your goals, whether its boxing, MMA, weight loss or strength training.
Split over 2 floors we have specialist equipment and areas to get the heart pumping - whether that's in our MMA, Boxing and grappling zone or the cardio area.

We offer a range of memberships so you can come and join us when you want to work out, or you can join our weekly group classes that are conducted by trained experts in their field.
