Coventry & Earlsdon T'ai Chi offers a gentle yet powerful system of movements and exercises to improve wellbeing and harmonize with surroundings. T'ai Chi can reduce stress by combining physical exercise and meditation to improve mental health and immune system. It improves flexibility by flowing movements and balance by strengthening core muscles. Additionally, it improves circulation by increasing blood flow to internal organs. T'ai Chi is suitable for people of all ages, and beginners are welcome to join the class.
