About Us

We are now teaching 6 morning and 3 evening per week, in we’ll ventilated spacious halls, so you can stay safe and healthy And gain all the benefits of Tai Chi.

We teach Yang style tai chi and qigong. Beginners classes are based on the 8 Movements; Intermediate classes on the 24 Movements and Advance classes on the 48 Movements /Combination tai chi (some times known as the 42 Movements).
