About Us
Aikido Seishin Kai is a dojo located in Tameside, Manchester. It teaches Aikido, a Japanese martial art that focuses on harmonizing with an opponent's energy rather than opposing it. The dojo has a new venue at Copley Recreation Centre, where they hold classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Aikido Seishin Kai aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for people to learn and practice Aikido, promoting physical and mental well-being.
