Zen-Shin Martial Arts Academy - Saltley

Zen-Shin Martial Arts Association is a professional family-run martial arts academy established in 1980. They support the physical, emotional, and social development of their students. Their mission is to make their students more successful in life through the practice of martial arts and to influence them in a positive manner. They teach traditional Shotokan Karate, which originated from Japan, and also offer kickboxing classes. They have various classes for children and adults, including Little Ninja Karate, Junior Karate, Cadet Karate, and Kickboxing. Their classes focus on coordination, confidence, self-control, and physical fitness. The association has multiple locations in Birmingham and is led by a team of experienced instructors, including Kyoshi John Richards, the founder and chief instructor.
