We are a Family run Centre with over 30 years Experience, our Classes range from 3 yr olds to adults, classes are split into age groups to maintain growth in our students, we off classes in Martial Arts,Karate,Boxing,Fitness,Personal Training & Ladies Only sessions too, our Google reviews speak Volumes on our Professional Staff, we have 2 waiting areas so parents can help themselves to a Free Tea or Coffee whilst waiting for their child & knowing their in safe hands.
