About Us
Join us every Monday night at Langley School for an inclusive Judo experience suitable for all skill levels!
- For our young ones aged 5 to 8 years, we have classes on Tuesdays—feel free to reach out for more information.
- Juniors between 8 and 12 years can train from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.
- Our Cadets aged 13-16 and adults are welcome from 7:30 to 9:00 PM.
