K-Star Legacy

K-Star Legacy Thai Boxing is a fully equipped Muay Thai Boxing gym located in Quinton, Birmingham. The gym has two fully matted training areas and a full sized boxing ring, as well as punching bags and kicking/punching pads for improving power and fitness. The chief instructor is Damien Trainor, a two time World Champion and UK Muay Thai Legend, who aims to share his knowledge of the sport and help students achieve their goals. K-Star Legacy is part of the famous K-Star Thai Boxing, with four gyms, and members can use all four locations. The gym offers classes and training sessions, with a focus on Muay Thai and martial arts. It is led by experienced instructors and provides a safe and controlled environment for training.
