Aikido Northampton

Northampton KSK Aikido is a martial arts club that teaches Aikido, a practical and effective defensive martial art that works by using the attacker's force back against them. It is a subtle art that involves blending with an attack and re-directing it, rather than using brute force blocking and counter striking. Aikido is suitable for men and women of all sizes, and it is an extremely efficient self-defence system that utilises balance-taking and posture-breaking movements to achieve joint locks, pins and throws.
