Senzala Midlands is a Capoeira group that welcomes everyone to learn and practice this Brazilian art form, which combines martial arts, acrobatics, dance, and music. Founded by Tim El-Sheikh and Christos under the guidance of Mestre Gato, the group emphasizes inclusivity, inviting individuals of all ages and skill levels to join. The first class is free, encouraging newcomers to experience the vibrant culture and community of Capoeira. With a history rooted in the renowned Group Senzala, Senzala Midlands aims to foster a supportive environment for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
