Sussex Karate

Sussex Karate is a traditional karate school that offers training in weapons and karate for students of all ages and fitness levels. The school aims to improve students' self-confidence, physical fitness, mental discipline, and respect for others while providing a social environment to meet new friends. The dojo is run by a husband and wife team, David and Joanne, who have been living in the local community for over 30 years and have been training in karate together since 2003. They have made new friends and improved their fitness and well-being through karate and now offer the opportunity for others to do the same.
