About Us

We teach weekly classes in the following:
Tai Chi
Kung Fu
Kickboxing
Strength Training for the Over 50's
Mindfulness and Movement

Additionally, you can also learn any of the above in personal training sessions with Mark.
Since 2007 we have been offering martial arts and fitness classes and one-to-ones in Haywards Heath and Lindfield.
All ages and levels of ability are welcome, we are a friendly and welcoming club.
