About Us
Kaizen Martial Arts Academy offers quality martial arts training for all aged 7 years and above. The martial arts on offer are Shotokan Karate, Kung Fu and Self Defence.
All instructors are fully qualified.
It does not matter how fit you are or whether you have done martial arts before. The programmes are adapted accordingly.
There is no need to make an appointment - simply turn up on the night. The timetable for each discipline can be found on the Kaizen Martial Arts Academy website
