About Us
Welcome to the W.I.K.F. Karate Club, located in the charming village of Bishopthorpe, York. We specialize in the traditional art of Wado-Ryu karate, following the teachings of Grandmaster Ohtsuka and Master Suzuki.
Our lead instructor, Sensei Brian Williams, holds a 6th dan black belt and is supported by Dean Cook, a 3rd dan black belt, to guide our students on their martial arts journey.
For more than two decades, our club has been a cornerstone of the Bishopthorpe community, fostering skill, discipline, and camaraderie.
